2. How soon will I receive my photos or videos?

We understand the fast pace of the Singapore market!

  • Photography: Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days.

  • Videography: Final edited videos are typically delivered within 7–14 working days, depending on the complexity of the project.

3. Do you provide raw footage/unedited photos?

To maintain our high standards of quality, we provide professionally edited final products. If your project specifically requires raw files for internal archiving, please let us know during the booking process so we can include it in the quote.

4. Can you cover events on short notice?

While we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance (especially during peak seasons), we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if our crew is available.

5. What equipment do you use?

We invest in industry-leading gear to ensure the best results. Our current lineup includes cinema cameras like the Canon EOS C50 and professional lighting/stabilization setups to handle any venue in Singapore, from outdoor parades to indoor ballrooms.
